The great spotted woodpecker

The great spotted woodpecker! ❤️ This is the first side that is finished of a container that I am working on in Wervershoof. I have greatly underestimated this work in time. Pre-processing such a surface is a lot of work hahaha. Doesn’t matter to me, I do like a challenge. My father asked when we arrived for the first time: “do you really want to do this Eef?”, and I said “yes, I’m going to finish this one, then it’s just more work”. I’ve learned so many lessons from this job. That’s well worth it. Although for the next one who wants me to pre-process a container I’m going to say no, I only do painting 😇🥲. While painting I ran out of light green, black and dark brown. It was a challenge without these shades, but I managed to use other ones. I rarely paint bird and leaves, so this whole project is a big challenge! Some days I didn’t feel like painting, sanding, or spray painting at all, but hey, you can’t grow without struggle 😉
